Jacqui Hing Hudson

Jacqui Hing Hudson is a Sydney based food stylist and is considered one of the best in this field. Her portfolio extends over 25 years and her work ranges from editorial, film and television production, commercial advertising and product packaging.

In addition to attending the Le Cordon Bleu in London, Jacqui completed a Certificate in Design, Diploma in Home Economics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours).

Jacqui's commercial clients include: McDonald’s, Subway, Hungry Jack’s, Red Rooster, Street’s, Arnott’s, Edgell’s/Birdseye, Steggles, Nestle, Unilever, Aldi, Woolworths, Domino's, Uncle Toby’s, Oporto, Ribs & Burger's and more. Magazines and other publications she has worked on include: The Australian Women's Weekly, Gourmet Magazine, Woman’s Day, Family Circle, Successful Entertaining, Murdoch Cookbooks and more. 

Jacqui knows how to bring out the most enticing qualities in food products and is renowned for her skill in making food look its best and “perform” for camera under the pressures of production scheduling and collaboration. She is exceptional at problem-solving creatively and maintaining calm and reliability in each situation.
